Dear Lexi Jane Fisher,
We are so excited for your arrival. Over the past few weeks we have been showered with many generous gifts from our family, friends, and loved ones. Your room is filled with handmade blankets, dozens of cute outfits, many toys and a few family heirlooms passed down from generations before you. The dresser in your room was used by both your father Tony and brother Tucker. The rocking chair in your room was used when your brother Tucker was born and also by our family friends The Hammon's. The table and chairs were used by your Great Grandmother Betty Jane and her sister Mary, along with your Grandmother Susie, your mother Holly and your Uncle Josh (and many cousins!). The bassinet that you will spend your first few weeks has held many of the Snair & Kirkland newborns, including your Grandfather Gary and your mother Holly.
We are anxiously awaiting your arrival. Tomorrow at your doctors appointment we will find out more on when we should be expecting you. But whenever you decide you are ready, know that we are ready to bring you home, and can't wait to finally meet you!
